- Collaborate with the academic team to design, update, and refine the fashion and beauty school curriculum. Ensure that the content is comprehensive, up-to-date with industry trends, and aligned with the school’s learning objectives.
- Conduct engaging and informative classes, covering various aspects of fashion and beauty, including design principles, garment construction, makeup application techniques, hairstyling, and industry-specific business practices.
- Demonstrate practical techniques and processes to students, both in small groups and individually, providing hands-on learning experiences to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Administer tests, projects, and assessments to evaluate student progress and provide valuable insights for improvement.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, maintaining discipline and encouraging active participation among students.
Academic Counselor
- Actively engage in recruitment activities to attract prospective students to the fashion and beauty school.
- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and career pursuits within the fashion and beauty industry.
- Advise students on suitable fashion and beauty programs, courses, and electives based on their interests and career aspirations.
Marketing Executive
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to promote services, or the overall brand. This includes conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and defining marketing objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Conduct market research, analyze data, and present findings to inform decision-making.
